Masthead Image Macro
Applies an image as a background to any elements on the page with the CSS class 'masthead'.
This is a macro used to control the styling and positioning of a background image. Insert the macro in any block on the page, complete the macro parameters, and then add the class "masthead" to any layer, column, or block (in the element's "Handling" field within the Theme Press Designer). The image specified in the macro parameters will then become the background image for those elements.
