Promoted Filter Groups and Filters
A filter group or filter that has been prioritized for display above others.
In the label application window and in the search panel, the default display of filter groups and filters is in alphabetical order. When you select to promote a filter group or filter, you are asserting that you want that group or filter to show up first, at the top of the list.
