Blueprint Maker

Design reusable smart templates for Atlassian Confluence
pages and spaces, without coding.

Overview

Quickly spin-up teams and projects with pre-wired ready-to-go workspaces with built-in designs, workflows, navigation, and permissions, shaped and pre-populated for your specific needs. Focus your creativity on doing work, not finding or formatting it.

How Blueprint Maker works

Blueprint Maker provides a simple mechanism for users to define and create blueprints by simply making entries into one .json file. The behind-the-scenes code translates the .json file into working Blueprints and wizards that users can access.

What you can do

Blueprint Maker works with a .json file that contains objects related to:
  • Space Blueprints
  • Page Blueprints
  • Blueprint Fields
  • Space Permissions
  • Space and Page Metadata

This file allows you to define certain aspects of the Blueprints wizard and templates. For example, you define:
  • spaces and pages that should act as templates
  • names and descriptions of templates that appear in the wizard
  • substitution fields that should appear in the wizard
