The Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) is a special interface built into Confluence where you can install, uninstall, enable, disable, and update apps. Only System Administrators can access the Universal Plugin Manager page. To visit the Universal Plugin Manager, click the gear icon in the Confluence Administration Menu and select "Manage apps" (or, in previous versions, "Add-ons") from the drop-down list.
