Ensure you are a System AdministratorYou must be a system administrator in order to access the Targeted Search 'back-end' page where importing, exporting, and filter management is done. Navigate to the Search Filters page There are two ways to access the Targeted Search Filters page. The first is via the Confluence "gear" menu: Click the Gear Icon > General Configuration > Search Filters (in left-side menu) You can also navigate via url: <confluence-base-url>/plugins/targetedsearch/settings/configurefilters.action To ImportClick the “Import Filters” button in the top tray of icons towards right-side of page. You will be prompted to select the appropriate tab-delimited text (.txt) file from your hard drive. The file does not need to be named "targeted-search-settings.txt" but it must contain the correct headings and values in a tab-delimited format. Select the file and click 'Open'. To ExportClick the “Export Filters” button in the top tray of icons towards right-side of page. A tab-delimited text file called "targeted-search-settings.txt" will be saved to your computer Use h4 for section headingsIf you don't want numbers in the section headings, simply remove the "numbered" class from this block. Note/Tip/Warning/Info blocks below are collapsed by default. If you want to use any of these, try to keep to just one per page. You may use two if necessary, but in general, try to limit these. |
