Disable the 'View Page Action Override Module' moduleIn On the Apps screenpage, locate and expand Content Flow. In On the right-side of the app description, find and click the button text that says 49 "## of 49 ## modules enabled". This will expand all the Content Flow modules. Edit Content Flow settingsWhile still in the Confluence Administration backend, in the left side-Now, in the left-side menu, find the section called "Brikit Content Flow". Under this, click "Content Flow Settings". Click the "Edit " button. Deselect the check-box called "Enable Workflows By Default". Click "Save". Edit Comala Workflow ConfigurationIn other words, the "Enable Workflows By Default" should be set to off. Edit Comala workflow configurationWhile still in the Confluence Administration backendNow, in the left side-side menu, find find the section called "Comala Workflows". Under this, click "Configuration". Scroll to the section called "Security". Click the "adjacent Edit " button for this section. Under "Space Workflows" enter the spacekeys space keys of the spaces where you want ("Allowed" radio button) or do not want ("Restricted" radio button) Comala to be used. For example, click the "Restricted" radio button, and enter the spacekeys "2KGS", "NEWS", and "BLUEPRINTS" to specify that space keys of the spaces in which you do not want Comala activated in these spaces. Click Save. Enable Content Flow Workflows in Each Desired SpaceNow visit the backend of the spaces where you want to use Content Flow. For example, Go to a page in the News space. Open the Confluence Menu by clicking "shift" and "z" Open the Space Tools (gear in lower menu) and click "Overview" Now click "Apps" in the selection of tabs in this backend page. Click "Available Workflows" Check the "Enable workflows for this space" checkbox (repeat steps for all the spaces specified in step 8, i.e. all the spaces you want to use Content Flow Workflows) workflows in each desired spaceFollow the "Enable (or Disable) Workflows in a Space" steps described in Enabling and Disabling Workflows.
