The page title can be revised (edited) from any block on a page: simply edit the block, and the title becomes editable too.
The page URL generally will match the page title (with "+" between words); however, If the title does contain special characters, the page URL will be a unique numerical page ID
If using:
Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks
