Confluence Collaborative Editing
Confluence setting which allows users to add or edit content on a given page simultaneously.
Confluence Collaborative Editing, also known as Concurrent Editing, allows multiple users to edit the same content at the same time.
This feature was introduced in Confluence 6.0 and can be turned on or off at the site level.
Collaborative Editing currently has limited functionality in a Brikit Theme Press environment, and is not yet recommended for enablement.
Exceptions include if:
- a page has only one block, and has only ever had one block
- editing in 'Edit Entire Page' mode (this mode is intended only for debugging and administrative actions)
