Disabling the Confluence Mobile Apps
Turning off Confluence Mobile apps, in order to allow Theme Press mobile views to work.
In order for your mobile page versions to be viewable, your Platform Administrator will need to perform this Theme Press configuration step.
In order for users to see the Theme Press mobile view, you must disable the Confluence Mobile Plugin.
Disable Confluence Mobile Plugin
Confluence Administrator > Manage Add-ons > System > Confluence Mobile Plugin > Disable
In Confluence 6.5.x and beyond, there is a second plugin--the Confluence Mobile Web Plugin–that must also be disabled.
Disable Confluence Mobile Web Plugin
Confluence Administrator > Manage Add-ons > System > Confluence Mobile Web Plugin > Disable
Required Permission Level
You must be a Confluence Administrator to change this setting.
