Using Labels
Adding labels to pages, attachments, spaces, and filter groups to allow for easier grouping and searching across your site.
Content Labels (Pages, blogs, and attachments)
For pages and blogs:
- Edit any block or page
- Click on the label icon
at the top of the page you are editing - Add label
For attachments:
- Click "..." on a published page
- Select attachments
- Click the label icon next to the attachment
- Add your label
Space Labels
See Space Labels to learn about adding labels to a space as a "space category."
Formatting Requirements
- lower case
- no spaces (underscore and hyphen are accepted)
Add multiple labels by adding a space between each label.
