Tool that updates page permissions to control visibility of page versions.
The Publisher is the Content Flow tool that presents published versions (of pages and blog posts) to non-workflow participants, and draft versions to workflow participants. By controlling page restrictions, the Publisher updates the visibility of pages, thereby ensuring that only the right people see the right content.
