Brikit Content Flow allows you to designate a person responsible for the page.

In out-of-the-box Confluence, a username is associated with page creation and page modification. But in the real business world, content often requires a third role: that of page owner. The page owner is a special association between a page's content and a Confluence user. It may mean that the user is "responsible for" the content, or is the author of the content (even if not technically the creator or modifier of the page).

Additionally, if you are using workflows to separate content's creation and review from its ownership, this page owner designation can be a more meaningful way to accomplish your publishing goals.

The designation is best used with the Page Metadata Macro, where you can display the name of the owner on the page.

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
