In a Content Flow workflow, the 'Return' button indicates your disapproval of a draft page’s content. Adding a comment along with your 'Return' click helps to convey to reviewers of the previous step what needs to change before the page should advance again.

Upon disapproval, the workflow returns to the previous step, and reviewers of both the previous step and the returned step will need to re-approve for the workflow to continue.

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
