A type of workflow used to require individuals or groups to acknowledge having viewed the page. Routing workflows do not control viewing or editing permissions and do not control draft or published states. A page subject to a routing workflow is published on creation. (These workflows are akin to the "routing envelopes" of yore, which required individuals to sign their name as acknowledgment of having viewed the circulating document).

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
