A workflow requiring a set of reviewer approvals before a page can be published.

A publishing workflow defines the reviewers who are required to approve the draft of a page (that is, a page with changes not yet published) before it becomes published. Upon completion of a publishing workflow, the page is published and viewable to all users and groups with permission to do so. While a page is in a publishing workflow, only the reviewers are able to view and edit the draft of the page. All others with permission to view the page, but not part of the publishing workflow, will see the previously published version of that page.

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
