The Targeted Search version 2.0+ interface for managing folksonomy labels.

With Targeted Search version 2.0 and greater, we introduced an administrative interface for tracking and managing folksonomy labels.

On this page, you will see a list of all the folksonomy labels being used across the site, and for each term a link to a list of all the pages on which it is applied. You can also promote folksonomy terms into the taxonomy, where it will be tracked and managed on the Search Filters page.

The Folksonomy page also has a tool called the "Replace Any Label" tool, which allows you to swap one label for another on any content in which you have edit permission.

Only users with Confluence administrator permissions can access this page.

There are two ways to get to this page:

  1. Navigate via Confluence Administration menu:

Gear icon in the Confluence header → General Configuration → Folksonomy link, under Brikit Targeted Search in sidebar.

  2. Direct URL:

    <your Confluence base URL>/plugins/targetedsearch/settings/folksonomy.action

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
