An automatic workflow is immediately applied to a page upon its creation or after the first modification upon completion of a workflow. There can be only one automatic workflow in a space. The automatic workflow means that newly created pages or page edits are required to go through the workflow (or have the workflow terminated) for it to be published and visible to persons outside of the workflow (i.e. persons who are not reviewers). |
