Automatic Cleaning

The timing of the Instant Page Cache Cleaner job is configurable via the Theme Press Instant Page Cache Cleaner job entry 

Confluence General Configuration > Administration > Scheduled Jobs.

Manual Cleaning

The  Instant Page Cache Cleaner  job can be triggered manually from the same configuration screen.

Use h4 for section headings
