How to add links on pages across your site

Often it's helpful to link to existing pages elsewhere on your site or outside your site that contain related content.

Adding a Link

Go to "Insert Link".

From there, you can:

  • search for an existing link
  • search for recently viewed page
  • search for files
  • search for web link
  • insert link into page using wiki markup

In all cases, you will also enter "Link text" before you select "Insert".

Removing or Modifying Links

  • Select the link text on a page
  • To remove:
    • click on the link and select Unlink from the link properties toolbar
  • To edit:
    • click on the link and select Edit from the link properties toolbar and choose Save
