Custom groups of predefined labels for organizing and filtering site content

Filter groups are collections of Brikit Targeted Search filters that are categorized by you.

Filter groups give users the ability to filter search results by criteria you define, in addition to default Confluence search filters such as content type and last modified date.

Keeping filters/labels organized in groups gives shape and structure to your site's taxonomy, which would otherwise be a flat list of terms. This can make labeling content easier, and more so if the filter groups you define reflect naturally occurring, recognizable aspects of your organization.

Filter groups also allow you to control the visibility and availability of filters in certain contexts based on which group they belong to, for both labeling content as well as filtering search results. In other words, you decide whether a filter group appears in a space or not.
