The URL by which users access your site.

The Confluence base URL is the URL that is used to access your site. Thus it is the first part of every URL of every location in your site.

For example, this site's base URL is 

https://www.brikit.com

 

It can be useful to know your base URL as you can navigate directly to specific areas or tools by appending the rest of the destination address to it.

Your site's base URL can be viewed (or 

configured

by a System Administrator) via the Confluence Administration menu:

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
