Click the gear icon in the Confluence Header to access configuration, user, and app management options.

The Confluence Administration Menu is a convenient drop-down list of links to back-end configuration pages. It is toggled by clicking the gear icon [[mini screenshot here?]] located in the Confluence Header. Once clicked, one can access the following interfaces:

  • General configuration
  • User management
  • Manage apps (or "Manage add-ons" in older versions)

The Confluence Administration Menu is only visible to users (or users in groups) with the System Administrator or Confluence Administrator role. Other users, including anonymous users, do not have access to the Confluence Administration Menu.

If using:

  1. Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
  2. Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
  • Replace me with a link
  • Replace me with a link
  • Aim for 4 or fewer related links.  If we need more, that's okay.  Be judicious.  Delete me when you're done.
