This macro creates a tree of blog pages that exist in the space, ordering them by year and then by month. It ignores all content other than blog pages.
If using:
Replace me with something to note about this concept that falls outside the scope of the Definition section; and
Add the tight-bottom class to the Definition block above to narrow the gap between the two blocks.
