Navigate to the Targeted Search Configuration Page

Confluence Gear Icon > General Configuration > "Brikit Targeted Search" > Configure

Edit the Enable/Disable Rich Links option

Click the pencil icon to edit the option. You will be prompted to click OK to the change.
