We are an Atlassian Partner and App vendor, but we are also an independe= nt company and not an Atlassian affiliate. We do not represent or speak for= Atlassian in any way. This Privacy Policy applies only to Brikit Inc. and = its products, services, and websites. Atlassian=E2=80=99s products and onli= ne services are governed entirely by Atlassian=E2=80=99s own privacy polici= es.
Many of our products are intended for use by organizations. Where our Se= rvices are made available to you through an organization (e.g. your em= ployer), that organization is the administrator of the Services and is resp= onsible for the accounts and/or Service sites over which it has contro= l. If you are using our services or websites through your employer, please = direct your data privacy questions to your administrator, as your use of th= e Services is subject to that organization=E2=80=99s policies. You also have the option of adding a display name, profile photo, = job title, and other details to your user profile information on our websit= es.
Our website, Services, and Products are built in part on web-hosted soft= ware, including Atlassian Confluence and Atlassian JIRA (=E2=80=9CWeb Appli= cations=E2=80=9D). When you use our Services and websites, we collect and s= tore content that you post, upload, send, receive and share through these W= eb Applications. This content includes any information about you that you m= ay choose to provide. Examples of content we collect and store include: the= summary and description you provide when creating a JIRA issue, the pages = you create in Confluence, the comments you post on these, and any other con= tent you choose to add or upload to these Web Applications. Content also in= cludes the files and links you upload to the Services.
We may also collect clickstream data about how you interact with and use= features in the Services.
From time to time, we participate in marketing events, such as Atlassian= Summit, where we may sponsor product demonstrations, surveys, or giveaways= . You provide content to us when you participate in any of these activities= , or share your personal information with our staff at these events.
The Services also include our customer support, where you may choose to = submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a Product = or Service. Whether you designate yourself as a technical contact, open a s= upport ticket, speak to one of our representatives directly or otherwi= se engage with our support team, you will be asked to provide contact infor= mation, a summary of the problem you are experiencing, and any other docume= ntation, screenshots or information that would be helpful in resolving the = issue.
We collect certain payment and billing information when you register for= certain paid Services. For example, we ask you to designate a billing repr= esentative, including name and contact information, upon registration. You = might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, = which we collect via secure payment processing services.
We collect information about you when you use our Services, including br= owsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services. <= /p>
We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and intera= ct with any of our Services. This information may include: the features you= use; the links you click on; and the type, size and filenames of attachmen= ts you upload to the Services.

Other users of our Services may provide information about you when they = submit content through the Services. For example, you may be mentioned in a= JIRA issue opened by a co-worker. We also receive your email address from = other Service users when they provide it in order to invite you to the Serv= ices.
We receive information about you when you or your administrator ask us t= o integrate a third-party service into our Services. For example, you may a= uthorize our Products or Services to connect with a third-party calendaring= service so that your meetings and connections are available to you through= our Products or Services. You may ask us to integrate our Products and Ser= vices with third party social media accounts, in order to display your soci= al media content in our Services or Products. The information we receive wh= en you link or integrate our Services with a third-party service depends on= the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-part= y service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in thes= e third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or sh= ared with our Services. We are an Atlassian Partner, and we work with a global network of o= ther Atlassian Partners who provide consulting, implementation, traini= ng and other services around our products, and when we are asked by you or = your employer to work with them. Some of these partners also help us to mar= ket and sell our products. We may receive information from these partners, = such as contact information, company name, what Brikit or Atlassian product= s you have purchased or may be interested in, when you are one of their cus= tomers, and they ask us to consult with them on our products or participate= in delivering a solution to you.
How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Services = you use, how you use them, and any preferences you have communicated to us.= Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collec= t about you.
We use information about you to provide the Services to you, including t= o process transactions with you, authenticate you when you log in, provide = customer support, and operate and maintain the Services. If you register or access the Services using an email address with a dom= ain that is owned by your employer or organization, and such organization w= ishes to establish an account or site, certain information about you includ= ing your name, profile picture, contact info, content and past use of your = account may become accessible to that organization=E2=80=99s administrator = and other Service users sharing the same domain.
We share information with third parties that help us operate, provi= de, improve, integrate, customize, support and market our Services.
We work with third-party service providers to provide server h= osting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment proce= ssing, analysis and other services for us, which may require them to a= ccess or use information about you. If a service provider needs to acc= ess information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so und= er close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to= protect your information.
We sometimes work with other Atlassian Partners who provide technical an= d web design services to deliver and implement customer solutions around th= e Services. You, your administrator or other Service users may choose to add ne= w functionality or change the behavior of the Services by installing third = party apps within the Services. Our client service, tech support, and web sites rely in part on Amazon A= WS servers and Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence. Amazon and A= tlassian have their own data privacy and data security policies, and we enc= ourage you to consult them.
