Highlights

One-on-one sessions focused on training your internal graphic designer on how to use the Theme Press Designer while implementing your custom Theme Press theme. The Theme Designer is a graphic design (not programming) role for ensuring brand compliance and consistency. The Theme Designer serves as a resource to Content Strategists.

Covered by the Service Terms Agreement (sorry, no alterations or substitutions).

Prerequisites

  • User Champion Training Package or equivalent experience
  • Experience with fonts, color theory, and layout design
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS concepts
  • Concrete visual design goal for your new theme
  • Theme Press installed on your development or test server

Note: this is best suited for graphic designers or web programmers with training in graphic design.

Curriculum

The following curriculum is designed to be spread over eight weeks (one session per week). The details of the sessions can be adjusted to match the current mastery level of your Theme Designer.

Ground Rules

This package is designed for one-on-one training. However, up to two designers may attend.

Sessions are one hour each, and will be delivered remotely via web-based screen share by Brikit expert designers. Examples and primary training will be presented using a combination of Brikit's and your systems.

The Theme Designer Training Package tracking will be supported with your private portal (Confluence space) on our servers, which includes up to three user accounts. Your portal will be maintained for one year after completion of last service package or service punchcard. User accounts inactive for six months will be automatically disabled (simply contact us to reactivate).
