Service includes:

  • Software version compatibility checks
  • Test upgrades to validate and document process
  • Production upgrade planning to minimize user impact
  • Perform upgrade during outage window
  • License updates


Evaluation of your Atlassian platform by our application experts to plan, validate, and execute software version updates. Includes eight hours of engineering time for performing initial assessment and test upgrade. Depending on size, age, configuration, and other factors, additional time may be required and is available through Service Punchcards.

Covered by the Service Terms Agreement (sorry, no alterations or substitutions).

Ground Rules

System upgrades will be performed remotely by Brikit experts and will require administrator access to your server and application.

System Upgrade tracking will be supported with your private portal (Confluence space) on our servers, which includes up to three user accounts. Your portal will be maintained for one year after completion of last service package or service punchcard. User accounts inactive for six months will be automatically disabled (simply contact us to reactivate).


Additional time beyond the initial eight hour allotment can be obtained by purchasing Service Punchcards.
