Defining Blueprints

Use your .json file to guide Blueprint Maker in creating Blueprints. 

Here are some of the areas that your .json file contains objects for:

 

Refer to each of the links above for more information on how to define your Blueprints.

To create space and page blueprints, you must upload a .json file with the appropriate definitions. You can upload this file to the admin console using the following steps.

  1. From the Administration (gear) icon, select Confluence Admin or General Configuration.
  2. If necessary, enter your login credentials then click the Confirm button.
  3. The administration console page opens.
  4. Scroll to the Brikit Blueprint Maker section then click the Blueprint Definitions link.
  5. The Blueprint Definitions page opens.
  6. Click the Upload () button. [To Download, choose the download () button.]
  7. A window opens.
  8. Navigate to and open the .json file.
  9. A confirmation window opens.
  10. Select the checkbox then click the OK button.
